• Guarantee
We offer a 7-day guarantee on Gel and Full Set services. If a nail breaks or chips within this period, we’ll repair it free of charge.
• Skin Reactions
Please inform our staff of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns before your service begins.
• Medical Conditions
Guests with diabetes or other medical conditions are encouraged to consult their physician before receiving services. For health and safety reasons, we may refuse service for infections, open wounds, or ingrown nails.
• Safety
We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings or gift cards.
• Children
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times to ensure their safety and the comfort of other guests.
• Appointments
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Salon Etiquette
To maintain a relaxing environment, please keep phone calls and conversations at a respectful volume.
• Pricing
All service prices are listed on our menu and are subject to change without prior notice. Additional charges may apply based on nail length, shape, design, or service upgrades. Please confirm pricing with your nail technician before your service begins.
• Refunds
We do not provide refunds on services. However, we will resolve any issues with the service itself.
• Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude, disrespectful, or behaves inappropriately toward our staff or other guests.
